Last night I slept underneath one of the wooden staircases in this neighborhood. I prefer sleeping under the table in the warm hut but PK Clone and my little clone were hogging the space. It’s alright, I like to explore the grounds outside of these couple yards anyway. Occasionally, I can find a mouse or small rat.
It was a sunny day today. Unfortunately, I woke up late so didn’t get the morning wet food breakfast run. There was still some dry kibble so at least I didn’t go hungry.
The nice thing about the sun is it brings out birds. There are so many of those little flying morsels. I was a little too full from eating the kibble so I didn’t try to catch one. I did stare at them for a long time. They were so lucky I didn’t feel like pouncing.
I did make my way up the stairs and looked into the house. I don’t know what goes on in there. I saw Mr Grey. He was just staring at me and then he spent an inordinate amount of time licking himself in front of me. It’s so obnoxious when these tom cats lick themselves.
Oh well, I was able to get the Giant to give me a plate of wet food. I even got a little slice of ham. Sucker! But now, I’ve got to go find a place to curl up and sleep. It’s sunny today but the wind is cold and I’m beat. I just hope I don’t run into that sketchy Puffers!
